TRADE & PROMOTION SITES AVAILABLE AT SILVERSTONE IN 2008

TRADE FOR 5 DAYS UP TO RACEDAY-SUNDAY JULY 6TH 2008

I have pleasure in confirming that once again I will be managing the trade sites at  Litchlake Farm Silverstone during the F1 British Grand Prix from July 2nd-6th 2008 

Litchlake Farm is the largest campsite in the Silverstone area during the British Grand Prix: The total site covers around 50 acres of beautiful Northamptonshire countryside. Thousands of motor sport fans return year after year to take advantage of the site’s splendid facilities. For the British Grand Prix, there will be piped water, flush toilets, showers and waste disposal on site for the use of campers and traders alike, as well as mains electricity.

The Shopping Village always includes a wide variety of traders. We normally have an on-site cash machine facility (ATM), a general stores & newsagent and caterers serving delicious hot and cold food day and night. Once again we will be situated right next to the fun fair, simulator rides and licensed bar & disco…always guaranteed to draw a crowd late into the evening...which means extended trading hours and more business!!

The Litchlake Farm Campsite and Shopping Village is located directly opposite the Circuit and is just 5 minutes walk from the action on the track.

A total of around 200,000 visitors will attend the meeting over the 5 days. Many of these people will pass by the Shopping Village as they enter or leave the circuit by the Dadford Road entrances, or go to the many car parks and campsites in the area.

A limited number of trade sites are available for 2008!!

The cost of the TRADE SITES are  from £120.00 per metre frontage depending on the products sold and site position

At the £120 rate a 3 metre frontage costs £360.00 and a 6 metre £720.00

The TRADE SITES are a minimum of 6 metres deep that’s only £20.00 per square metre!!

MAINS electricity is available at £85.00

ALL bookings are subject to UK VAT. The license to trade from the site for 5 days, July 2nd-6th 2008  is subject to our acceptance of your application and your acceptance of our standard terms and conditions.
